Buenos Aires, Argentina's vibrant capital, is a complex and energetic port city. Known for its European architecture and rich cultural life, the streets of Buenos Aires reveal a varied and diverse mosaic of romantic resaurants to dynamic nightlife.
USF offers two study abroad programs in Buenos Aires; Argentina Human Rights, and Imagining Argentina, both with undergraduate- and graduate-level options.
In Argentina Human Rights, course study will focus on human rights abuses under military dictatorship, transitional justice in Argentina, the codification of international human rights standards, and the relationship between socio-economic justice and human rights.
Imagining Argentina brings a language and cultural focus. Students will enhance their oral and written proficiency in Spanish through coursework and active exposure, and will be immersed in Latin American culture.
